Ariou Saberi
Ariou is an interior designer that has been in the construction field for the past 10 years. started as an estimator in 2004 for AS Construction and now has been managing project for 24prefab for the past 3 years. His love for modern design, and new building technology has made him a strong asset to this company
Merlin Gaspers
Merlin is a third generation builder brought into the craft by his father, a builder of custom homes in Northern California. As a young boy he grew up assisting his father building classic California structures using Redwood and Douglas Fir. The Gaspers family business prided itself in reclaiming materials and implementing alternative mechanical custom home systems.
A carpenter by trade, Merlin ran his own construction company in Southern California for eight years. During that span he closed over 100 contracts for homeowners and developers in the Southland. From beachside properties in Malibu to hillside properties in Laurel Canyon, Merlin has gained a vast spectrum of construction . He has now joined forces with 24 Prefab as the Construction Team Leader, bringing his engineering , design, and all construction talents to the team.
Hugo Diaz
Hugo currently majors in Management at Santa Monica College, became part of 24 Prefab, LLC. in 2012. Since then, he has developed essential traits that has molded him into an effective manager. 24 Prefab, LLC. recognizes him through his versatility. Involved in Human Resources, Accounting, Project Management, and IT Department, Hugo became an important asset to the company
